Durness Village Hall is managed by Durness Parish Hall Trustees. We are a Scottish Charity registered with the Scottish Charity Register, OSCR - Charity Number SC021539
We are managed by and on behalf of the residents of the Parish of Durness.
The Village Hall provides a high quality venue with facilities available for use by the local community, visitors and businesses.
In addition to local sport and activity clubs, we also provide a meeting place for local groups such as the Youth Club
Facilities, which are available to hire at very competitive rates include a sports hall with two badminton courts, basketball hoops, and changing rooms with showers. We regularly host music and theatre events, craft fairs and the Village Hall is a popular venue for meetings and conferences. Broadband internet access is available and catering can be provided by arrangement
The sheltered garden courtyard and John Lennon Memorial Garden are both popular with visitors and feature works by renowned ceramic artist, Lotte Glob
